Responses are not always in line with my initial intention, but that does not stop me from seeking out new ways of communicating to my audience.

Like most artists, I am merely a vessel for some thing larger I can't quite put my finger on. A sense of amnesia almost happens after I have finished a piece. I try to sort out the whys and the whats - but mostly, I look at the artistic, emotional and gut check quality in a piece.

I like to think that my best work is work I haven't done yet. It is vital for me to experiment, to take chances, to fail and to admit that I will always be happiest learning and creating.
